Marcella "Marcy" Kibler Becker, 87, of Clermont, FL passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025, under the care of Cornerstone Hospice.  Marcy was born on May 24, 1938, in Ravenna, OH, daughter of Charles and Helen Kibler.  She grew up in Atwater, OH and after graduation attended college at Kent State University before becoming employed with Ohio Bell.  Marcy later moved to South Florida and continued employment with Southern Bell.

Marcy and her loving husband Rolland "Ron" E. Becker were married in 1969, with Ron preceding her in death on December 27, 2016, one day after their 47th wedding anniversary.  During their marriage they opened up Becker Funeral Home in Deerfield Beach, FL in 1972, moved to Clermont and established Becker Funeral Home in Clermont in 1984 and also a Becker Funeral Home in Coral Springs, FL in the late 1980's.  Marcy had many careers besides assisting Ron with the funeral homes, which included her own real estate office in Brooksville, FL, a flower shop and then a silk flower shop which were both in Clermont.  Marcy was also heavily involved in many community organizations in Clermont, being most active in the Clermont Kiwanis Club, which she served as that clubs first woman president in 1993.  After her and Ron retired, they enjoyed going on many cruises with friends.

Marcy is survived by her son, Charles J. Becker and wife, Amy and their daughter Lilia of Clermont.

The family is tremendously grateful to the wonderful staff at Alto Clermont for the kindness, support and care shown to Marcy over the last 5 years, while she resided there.   A heartfelt thank you to Cornerstone Hospice as they also cared for her during her last months.  A special thank you to the friends that Marcy made during her time living at Alto Clermont, with them becoming a large and very special part of her life.
