Our beloved father was born Manuel Martinez, he was born in Añasco P.R. on February 2, 1948. He was the son of Juan Martinez and Griselia Martinez and surviving siblings Bruno Rios, Edwin Oliva, Francisco Oliva, Hilda Martinez, Monserate Martinez, Antonio Martinez, Wilson Martinez, Griselia Oliva, Virginia Oliva, Angel Oliva, Moises Oliva and Fernando Oliva. He left behind his children Manuel Martinez, David Martinez, Nancy Martinez, Marilyn Martinez, Moses Martinez, Maritza Martinez, Sandra Martinez, Nelida Martinez, Manuel Martinez, Jose Martinez, 20 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
He loved inviting us to his house to cook his famous dinner, Pasta with chicken. He also loved to always lend a helping hand whenever we needed help. He loved nature and growing different types of fruits, vegetables and flowers. His knowledge and passion was an inspiration to all of us to appreciate what he loved to do.
He will be truly missed by his siblings, children, grandchildren and friends.
