Manuel Amaya, 36, of Apopka, Florida passed on February 1, 2021.
Manuel was born August 13th, 1984 in Bayshore, NY to Jose and Dolores Amaya. He won his battle with cancer at a younger age and was able to go on and follow his passion of being a chef. Prior to his passing he was promoted to head chef at his place of employment where he worked alongside his father. He was engaged to his high school sweetheart. Manuel was known to enjoy some marijuana in his free time.  He was an excellent shot in billiards he called himself a pool shark. Manuel was a loving and exceptional older brother to his 3 younger brothers Andrew, Jose Jr, and Juan Amaya. He also has a younger sister Reyna Amaya. He will be remembered by his siblings and parents Jose and Dolores Amaya. Alongside his fiancé Sarah Long and a handful of aunts and uncles and cousins and friends.

A small funeral service will be held at Becker Family Funeral Home on Friday, February the 5th of 2021
