Paulette Smith of Clermont, FL, formerly from Roaring Spring, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021.

She was born on May 7, 1943 in Roaring Spring, PA to Margaret and Paul Shade.  In 1962, she married Ronald Smith in Roaring Spring, PA. They spent fifty-nine wonderful years together.  She is survived by her husband and three children: Lori Ritchea of Huntingdon, PA; Eric Smith and spouse Teri Smith of Rosco, PA; and Randy Smith and spouse Jessica Smith of Johnstown, PA.  She is also survived by her five grandchildren Zack, Nick, Cassie, Lucy, and Stanley and two great grandchildren Damien and Sereia.

She is also survived by her sister, Kim Whittaker, who also resides in Florida.

Paulette graduated from Central High School in 1961.

She enjoyed traveling, doing cross stitch, eating out, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

A memorial will be held at a later date in Roaring Spring, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be given to the Huntingdon County Humane Society at 11371 School House Hollow Rd, Huntingdon, PA 16652.
