Louise "Lou" Roberson Cason, 79, of Clermont, FL passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012.  Lou was born on September 24, 1932 in Tifton, GA, the daughter of John Augustus and Violette Hedgpeth Roberson.  She was a graduate of Tifton High School and attended South Georgia College.  Lou worked as a bank teller and office manager as welll as being a homemaker.    She was a member of Green Valley Country Club where she enjoyed playing golf with her friends.  She also enjoyed her bridge club and Bunco group.  Lou loved spending time with family and friends.  She had a passion for cooking and was the ultimate bargain hunter.

She is survived by her loving husband, Cecil "Bucky" Cason of Clermont; son, Steve Cason of Biloxi, MS; daughter, Terri (Rob) Cason Maccubbin of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Violette Roberson Wacklin of Tifton, GA and Sara (Roger) Roberson Haga of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Leah (Tatum) Cason Johnston of Tifton, GA, Christi (Scott) Cason Bryant of Tifton, GA, John (Eileen) Cason of Yorktown, VA, Mac Maccubbin and Casey Maccubbin both of Charlotte, NC; great grandchildren, Chasity Cason of Rockford, IL, Rylee Bryant of Tifton, GA, Cason Johnston of Tifton, GA and multiple step-great grandchildren and great greats. She was preceded in death by brother, John Roberson.



A graveside service will be held at 10AM Saturday, April 7th at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Tifton, GA.
