Louise Elaine Finley Parnelle was born in Ridgeway, SC on August 2, 1940 and has gone to live with her maker on May 24, 2018, free of pain after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Thomas A. & Myrtle Finley.

Surviving are her sister Jane Bryd Finley of Lakeland; husband of 57 years, Jack C. Parnelle of Clermont; son Thomas A.Parnelle of Gastonia, NC; daughter Sharon P. Tester of Thompson Station, TN; 6 grandchildren & 1 great-grandson.
