Obituary

Louis F. Ruggiano, 77, of Clermont, FL passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 from complications to advanced Parkinson's Disease. Louis was born in December of 1942 in Brooklyn, NY, son of Dominick and Mary (nee Pilato) Ruggiano.

Louis was an aircraft maintenance technician for 44 years working for Pan American Airways and Air Tran prior to retirement. He loved gardening, traveling, DIY, his family and dining.

Louis and his wife Phyllis moved to Orlando in 1985, later relocating to Clermont 2016. Big Lou lived his life with strength, dignity and grace; he also had an mischievous sense of humor.

Louis is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Phyllis; children, Maria Ciejka of Long Island, NY and Christopher Ruggiano of Delray Beach, FL; grandchildren, John and Brandon Ciejka and brothers, Robert and Vincent Ruggiano both of Clermont.
