On November 9, 2024, Lisa DeMarino Rock passed away at the age of 59 following an extended illness. Lisa is survived by her husband, Joe, children Max (28), Sydney (26) and Colin (22), as well as her mother Joyce DeMarino and predeceased by her father Francis "Cheech" DeMarino.  Lisa's life was filled with joy, laughter and love.  She had a passion for cooking, celebrating holidays with family/friends, and a love for baking. Lisa was known for sharing her cookies with the repairmen, mailman, dog groomer, and neighbors as a gesture of thanks. If she knew you liked her cookies, she had a plate for you.   Her family was her pride and joy and she treasured rays of sunshine at the beach.  Lisa was born in Washington DC, grew up in Calverton, MD, attended Salisbury State University (MD) where she met Joe. They married in 1987 and were looking forward to celebrating 38 years of marriage in February.  Lisa and Joe established residence in Maryland and Pennsylvania. In 2007 they relocated to Clermont, Florida where they raised their kids.  Lisa was employed by Lake County Public Schools for several years in different capacities, touching the lives of many, and particularly enjoyed her interactions with the kids. Lisa's outgoing personality created a circle of friends that she cherished and who cherished her.  May she rest in eternal peace.
