Lee Harold Stein, 87, of Clermont, FL passed away Thursday, December 27, 2012.  Lee was born in Kenosha, WI on October 27, 1925, the son of Arthur and Marie (nee Schatz) Stein.  He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and then worked for 34 years as a district sales manager for Golden Book Press, which published children's books and games.  Lee was a member of the Masonic Lodge #47 of Kenosha, WI, Kings Ridge Masonic Lodge and the York Rite and Bahia Shrine of Orlando, FL.

Lee is survived by his children, Lee (Stuart) Stein Crow of The Villages, FL, Randall (Jane) H. Stein of Sturtevant, WI and Kimberly (Robert) Stein Jones of Clermont; 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.  He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 66 years Jeanne in July of 2011.



A Celebration of Lee's life will be held at 10:30AM Thursday, January 3, 2013 at First United Methodist Church, Clermont.   Inurnment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL where military honors will be rendered.  The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 1-800-241-4438.
