Lawrence Rubright

July 17, 1941- October 8, 2023

Larry was born in West Mifflin, Pa to James and Mary Rubright before joining the U.S Navy at 18 in 1959. During his 26 years of hardy sea duty he held many positions. He ended his sea career as COB of SSN 706 before ending his Navy career at NTC Orlando in 1991. After retiring he went on to a second career with the USPS.

Larry was generous to a fault, had a great sense of humor and was loved by his family and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by both his parents, his brother James and his beloved wife Barbara ( D. 2007).

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Francoise, his son Richard and his granddaughter Ashlyn.

Larry was a loving and devoted husband, father, and friend and will be missed greatly by everyone.
