LaVerne Isaacs Anderson, 66, Groveland, passed away July 13, 2012 at The Villages Hospice House. She was born December 7, 1945 in Covington, KY daughter of Frank Isaacs & Edith Becknell Isaacs. She was a Groveland resident since 1968 from Alaska and was a teacher's aide at Mascotte Elementary School as well as a caregiver. She was a member of Linden Church of God. Her husband Johnny Ray Anderson preceded her in death in 2004 as did her grandson Chadrick Steed Anderson in 2010 and her brother Dwight Isaacs. Surviving are her sons Roger Dale Anderson & wife Kimberly of Leesburg; Paul Arnold Anderson & wife Tina of Mayo, FL & Chad Steed Anderson, Groveland; 10 grandchildren & siblings Frank Isaacs, Jr., Bushnell; Janet Dunn, Soldotna, Alaska; Mike Isaacs, Groveland; Terry Isaacs, Fruitland Park; Jerry Isaacs, Yalaha; Dewayne Isaacs, Cleveland, TN; Darlene Brown, Nampa, Idaho & Billy Bibee, Oklahoma City, OK.



The funeral service for LaVerne Anderson will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 20, 2012 at Linden Church of God. Bishop Doyle D. Glass will officiate. Burial will follow in Mascotte Cemetery.
