Lauro Vallejo Lopez, 66, Groveland, passed away September 9, 2014 at home. He was born October 19, 1947 in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico son of the late Lorenza Lopez & Carlos Vallejo and was a local resident since 1978 from Texas. He worked in maintenance at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church where he was also a member of the parish community. He was preceded in death by two brothers. Surviving is his wife of 41 years Estela Valdez Vallejo; children Lauro Vallejo, Plymouth, IN; Florinda Vallejo, Apopka; Manuela Rice, Macotte; Noelia Vallejo & Abel Vallejo both of Groveland; 9 grandchildren & sisters Isabela Valdez, Groveland & Roberta Dela Pen`a, Elsa, TX. Mass of the Resurrection for Lauro Vallejo Lopez will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 12, 2014 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, celebrated by Very Reverend Robert E. Webster.
