Larry Joe Thomas, a resident of Clermont, died April 26, 2021.  He was born July 28, 1954 in Troy, Alabama. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Deborah Baggett Thomas; his son, Joshua Thomas (Leslie Traina); three grandsons: Maddox Thomas, Judson Thomas and Hayes Thomas; his mother, Brunese Bradley Thomas and two sisters: Dona Goneke (Donnie) and Anita (Martin) West. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph E. Thomas; and his grandparents Dossie and Caroline Thomas; Lee and Audrey Bradley.

A memorial service will be held at Church at South Lake, 1860 Hancock Rd., Clermont, Fl at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 1, followed by a reception at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, South Lake Community Ministries, or Florida Baptist Children's Home.
