Obituary
Larry Allyn Nichols, 47, Clermont, Florida, child of God,husband, son, brother, went to be with the Lord Jesus on Sunday, November 15, 2015, after a brief illness. Larry was born in Antigo, Wisconsin, on December 12, 1967. Larry is survived by his loving wife, Sharon McDavid Nichols; father, Larry Taft Nichols (Kathy), West Plains, Missouri; mother, Connie Cruse; sisters, Kathy Cruse (Kent) and Sandy Follis (Mark); and brother, Johnny Nichols (all of Clermont, Florida); father-in-law Roy B. McDavid, Jr. (Faye), Williston, FL; mother-in-law, Nancy V. McDavid, Clermont, FL; brothers-in-law, Dennis P. Turner (Euihee), Gainesville, FL, and Paul G. McDavid, Brooker, Florida; nephews Chris Cruse, Aaron and Skylar Follis; nieces Cyndi Ray, Cherise Woods, Chaleen Stone, Aja Nichols, Mara Nichols, Courtney Follis and 8 great-nephews and nieces. Larry was a welder for Walt Disney Company since January 1996 and a member of Carpenters Union Local 1820.
Arrangements are:
There will be a visitation on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. A celebration of Larry's life will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at 10:00 AM at New Life Presbyterian Church, PCA, 18237 East Apshawa Road, Minneola, FL, with Pastor John Bopp, officiating. Larry will be laid to rest at Santa Fe Cemetery in Hampton,Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Mike Conley Hospice House, 2100 Oakley Seaver Road, Clermont,Florida 34711.
