Kenneth Allen Brown, 73, Groveland, passed away July 5, 2014 at South Lake Hospital. He was born November 26, 1940 in Lawrenceville, GA son of Runnel Pierce & Thomas Allen Brown and was a central Florida resident since 1945. On January 6, 1979 he was united in marriage to Doloris Ann Valentine in Okahumpka. He was a truck driver & member of Green Pond Baptist Church. His brother Larry Brown preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife Doloris; children Lisa (Chris) Hall, Leesburg; Helen (Corbett) Ritzman, Umatilla & Kimberly Brown, Groveland; step-children Lamar (Lisa) Rogers, Jr., Lake Panasofkee & Daniel (Nicole) Rogers, Terrytown; 18 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter & siblings Tommy Brown, Groveland; Janice Holton, Leesburg; Sandra (Tommy) Lewellen, Auburndale & Pam (Sammy Joe) McDonald, Groveland. The memorial service for Kenneth Brown will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Brown residence, 3230 Empire Church Road, Groveland, FL 34736.
