Keith Allen Veres, 68, loving father of Alyssa and Brooke Veres and husband of Lisa Serven Veres, made his transition on Monday, June 26, 2023, at his home in Clermont, Florida. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family, including his sisters Diane Veres and Janan Talafer, his brother-in-law Mark Talafer, sister-in-law Patricia Veres, nephews Brian, Nathaniel and Patrick, and nieces Laura, Kaila and Cassi.  He was preceded in death by his brother Karl Veres.

Keith had a 25-year career with AT&T as a contract engineer and was a member of the AT&T Business Diamond Club. He received a bachelor's degree in business at Bowling Green State University and was a member of the Phi Kappa Alpha (PIKE) fraternity.  Keith spent his high school years in Bay Village, Ohio, and was a gifted athlete. He graduated from Bay High School, class of 1973, and was on the football team, enjoyed water skiing on Lake Erie and the Muskoka Lakes in Canada, and earned the nickname "Pizza."

Keith was known for giving all his time and energy towards others. Whether that was cheering on his girls at sporting events, being coach Keith, or just being someone to talk to. He was always a selfless man for his friends and family.

A service will be held on Saturday, July 22, at 1 pm.  All are welcome to gather at noon, at Becker Funeral Home, located at 806 West Minneola Avenue, Clermont, Florida 34711.  Additionally,  a celebration of life will be held immediately after the service at 8549 Hillcrest Drive, Groveland, Florida 34736 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Overberg
