Juli was born on December 20, 1958, in San Diego, California, to Carlynn York Calhoun and Jack D. Calhoun Sr. The family moved back to Orlando when she and Jack were babies and they grew up in College Park, Orlando, Florida.
Juli was a servant of God. She was admired by everyone whose lives she touched. She was diligent, responsible and caring from a young age, always taking care of others. She worked hard all of her life and did not cut corners as shown in the abundance of recognition and praise she received in her work and home life.
Juli worked at Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors for 34 years. Her colleagues and customers loved and respected her as family. Juli retired from Jeld-Wen in the summer 2024.
She loved her church, she loved being on the golf course, was an avid walker, enjoyed working out at the gym and spending a little time at the 19th hole.
She was a devoted and loving wife, daughter, sister, stepmom, daughter-in-law, niece, auntie and friend. "Juli was the kindest human being on this earth." She will be missed beyond words.
The family invites you to join us in sending our Juli to her well-deserved eternal rest.
Juli will be laid to rest next to her husband, Mike, in the memorial gardens at St Matthias Episcopal Church, 574 Montrose Street, Clermont, Florida on Wednesday, April 2, at 9am, officiated by Father James Dorn.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Juli's name to one of the following organizations that are important to Juli and her beloved husband Mike.
