Judy Lorraine Fay – went home to be with Jesus on 5/11/2023. Judy
was born on July 2, 1946, in Westminster, Maryland to the parents
Wilbur Leroy Sprecker and Mary Virginia Lydia Dull.

Judy was a registered nurse as well as a travel coordinator for many
years. Judy enjoyed traveling and exploring Europe and North America
with her son Eric and her first husband Charles W. Rupp, until his death
in February of 1980. Judy later met her second husband Gary Fay
whom she also enjoyed traveling with. Judy was an awesome singer
and enjoyed singing solos as well as singing with many different choirs
throughout her years. Judy was steadfast in her Christian faith and was
always kindhearted to all those that she met.

Judy was the beloved
mother of Son-Eric (Tracy) Rupp of Florida, Step-Daughter- Shawna
Willis of Virginia, Theresa Fay, of Tennessee, and Daughter-in-Law
Annie Tollett Fay of Florida. Judy was the proud grandmother to 9
grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Judy was proceeded in death by her Mother and Father, Mary and
Wilbur Sprecker, her two husbands, Charles Rupp and Gary Fay, her Son
Michael Fay, and her granddaughter Kandice Fay.

Family and Friends are welcome to join us for Judy's celebration of Life
to be held at 2:00 PM on May 19, 2023. The service will be held at
Groveland Baptist Church, located at 649 South Main Ave., Groveland,
Florida.
