Juan Osorio, 88, of Clermont, FL passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015. Juan was born on January 19, 1927 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He lived in Paterson, New Jersey and retired from Bogen Communications before relocating to Clermont in October 1993. Juan served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Clermont.

Juan is survived by his children, Aurora Rivera of Clermont, Maria Rosario of NY and John Osorio; sister, Miguelina Soto of Long Island, NY; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia in February of 2003.



A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 12:30 PM Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with the Very Reverend Robert E. Webster celebrating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Clermont, where military honors will be rendered. Visitation will be held from 11AM until 12:15 Saturday at the funeral home. The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials in Juan's name to the Leukemia Research Foundation, 3520 Lake Ave., Ste. 202, Wilmette, IL 60091.
