Obituary
J. R. Fowler, age 69, Groveland, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Mike Conley Hospice House in Clermont. He was born January 8, 1947 in Leesburg, son of Nola Mae Burton & Jake Fowler. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era and retired from ABC Fruit Company, a local citrus business. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Wilma Duncan, Allen C. Fowler, Johnnie Duncan & Jerry Duncan. Surviving are his daughter Kimberley Peeler; siblings Edward Duncan, Kenansville, FL; Barbara Sullivan, Haines City & Patricia Blankenship, Catherine Morrison & Jane Pope, all of Orlando; nieces & nephews.
