Joseph Edward Madeline, Sr., 76, Clermont, passed away April 23, 2011 at his residence. He was born November 6, 1934 in South Amboy, NJ son of Samuel & Eileen Maher Madeline. He served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. On October 30, 1957 he was united in marriage to Marcella Quinlan in South Amboy. He was a retired police officer with the city of Fort Lauderdale relocating to Clermont in 1997. He was founder & past president of Classic Cruiser's Car Club & member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Korean War Vets & American Legion. Surviving is his wife Marcella; children Joseph Madeline, Jr., Fort Lauderdale; Kelly Madeline, Spartenburg, SC & Toni Miller, Wellington, FL; grandchildren Jennifer Nicole & Casey Lee Ivey & Brent Miller; siblings William Madeline, Ronks, PA & Eileen Martens, South Amboy. Mass of the Resurrection for Joseph Madeline will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church celebrated by Father Cromwell Cabrisos. Burial will follow in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Visitation will be from 5-8 on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at the funeral home.
