In Loving Memory of

Jose Carmona Alvarez

September 13, 2008 – November 15, 2025

With unimaginable heartbreak, we announce the passing of Jose Carmona Alvarez, a young man whose presence in this world was pure light, kindness, and love. Though his time here was far too short, Jose made an impact that will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew him.

Jose had the brightest, most beautiful eyes, the kind that seemed to shine even in the dark. When he walked into a room, it felt like the entire world brightened. His smile could lift the heaviest spirit, and his hugs were so deep and genuine that they could ease any sadness without a single word.

He had the sweetest and kindest heart, and he never met a stranger. Once you met Jose, you felt welcomed, cared for, and treated like family. He had an incredible gift for making people feel seen, safe, and loved. If you needed help, he was already there. If you were hurting, he brought comfort. If you needed strength, he shared his without hesitation.

Jose was the best brother anyone could ever ask for. He adored and protected his siblings Andy, Kevin, Ari, and Eli with all of his heart. To them, he was a hero, a role model, and a constant source of love, laughter, and security.

He was also his mother Ana's rock—her strength, her joy, her helping hand, and her heart. Their bond was deep and unbreakable. Jose stood by her side through everything, always ready with love, support, and the warm comfort only he could give.

A true helper by nature, Jose lived to care for others. His compassion and generosity touched every person who crossed his path. He was the "go-to" person—dependable, gentle, and always willing to lend a hand.

Jose also carried a tremendous passion for cars. Whether he was helping his father work on them, going to car shows, watching hoppers, or just being around engines and wheels—cars were his world. He loved the Kansas City Chiefs, especially Patrick Mahomes, cheering for them with pride and excitement.

Jose touched every soul he met with kindness, humor, and warmth. The world is better because he was in it, and the love he shared will continue to shine through the memories he leaves behind.

Though our hearts are shattered, we take comfort knowing Jose's beautiful spirit—his shining eyes, his tender heart, and his boundless love—will live on forever.

"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." — Mark 9:23

Rest in peace, sweet Jose. You were loved beyond measure, and your light will never fade.
