Jon R. Hudson, 71, of Montverde, FL passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2020.  Jon was born on August 12, 1948 in Danville, IL, son of the late Robert and Leila Hudson.  He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, participating in the siege of Khe Sanh.  Jon worked in many fields including as a surety bondsman, and in the past enjoyed traveling, fishing and had many faithful dogs over the years.

Jon is survived by his wife, Marsha L. Hudson; children, Jonna Acosta, Bryan Hudson, Sean Hudson, Faith DeNucci and Jon Robert Hudson and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Jon's daughter Cheryl Hudson preceded him in death.

Jon will be laid to rest in Floral Gardens Memorial Park, High Point, NC.  No services will be held because of the national quarantine and out of Jon's mutual love, respect, and caution for those who meant the most to him.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials in Jon' s name to the American Lung Association.
