John Ira Kruse

John, 80 years old, died peacefully at The Good Shepherd Hospice House, Auburndale on Friday, January 3rd, 2025. John had lived in recent years in Davenport, FL and was formerly from Minneapolis, MN  He was born in Chaska, MN to Eilert and Johanna Kruse.

He will be missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Sherry and daughters, Sandi (Doug) Erickson, Karin (Roy) Carlson and Diane (Tom) Hansen. He has six grandchildren Zach (Alex), Annika, Soren, Emily (Owen), Garrett and Trevor. He has one remaining brother Lowell (Becky) Kruse.

John was a kind man with a gentle spirit, who loved Jesus as well as his family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his dog Oscar and riding his Harley. He will be missed by all.

Special thanks to Cornerstone Hospice who took such excellent care of John during his illness.

By personal request there will be no funeral service at this time
