John L. Giorno Sr. was 82 years old, was born in Philadelphia PA. He passed away on Sept. 13, 2021, in the comfort of his home in Florida surrounded by his daughter JoAnne and son-in-law Steve. He was loved by so many people. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and going out to dance and laugh with everyone. He loved his wife Rita, as well as his children.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 55. He loved going to the Post on Friday and Saturday nights to have a good time, to laugh, converse. He also liked going to Old Town to listen to the oldies and meet his friends out there to have a good time. John was in the United States Navy from 12/29/55- 2/2/1962. John was married on Sept. 10, 2016, to Rita Squire Giorno. Preceded in death by Rita Giorno on 2/26/2020. Beloved father of Johnny, Frank, Louie, Angelo, Anthony, JoAnne, Joell, and Michelle.He was a loving grandfather of  twenty grandkids,Ashley,Alisa,Amanda, Frankie,David,Julian,Lou,Joey, Ritchie,Rhonda,Dion,Brandon, Sky,Brooke,Nicole,Johnny, Shane,Christopher,Daniella, Aleigha,and Angelo Jr. He was a loving great grandfather  by his ten great-grandkids,Harmony,Bella, Giovanna,Little Joe,Adrian,Arrianna,Elijah, Nicoletta,Valentina,and David Jr.

He will be greatly missed by all.
