Joan Kathleen Seaman, 74, Clermont, passed away April 25, 2011 at her residence. She was born June 21, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY daughter of Frank Lindquist & Catherine Cunningham Lindquist. A homemaker, she was a local resident since 2001 from Long Island. She attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and was active in the Summit Greens community where she was chairperson for the MD Anderson fundraiser, was in charge of Bingo & was a member of the Wednesday card club. Her husband Thomas W. Seaman preceded her in death in 2000. Surviving are her children Thomas (Lorraine) Seaman, Clermont & Diane Vestigo, Long Island; grandchildren Bryan, Kevin & Shannon Seaman & Kristen Vestigo & siblings Gus (Terri) Copan, Ocala & Mary Copan & Anna Mae Copan both of Long Island.











The funeral service for Joan Seaman will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 28, 2011 in the Becker Chapel. Father Robert Kurber will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8 on Wednesday. The family suggests memorial contributions in her name to the MD Anderson Orlando Cancer Center.
