Jennifer Luz
Morgera Rodriguez
June 2, 1977 – April 27, 2026
Jennifer “Jenny” Morgera Rodríguez, 48, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on April 27, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Jennifer was born in Providence, Rhode Island, and from an early age carried a strength and determination that would define her entire life. She graduated as a Radiologic Technologist, a profession she practiced with care, skill, and a genuine desire to help others.
Jennifer was passionate about movement and joy — she loved exercising, cooking for the people she cared about, dancing whenever music filled a room, and above all, traveling. Exploring new places brought her a sense of freedom and wonder that she shared generously with her family and friends. Her smile was unmistakable, bright and contagious, the kind that made others feel seen, valued, and welcomed.
She was courageous and decisive, someone who never gave up and always stood firmly for what she believed in. Jennifer was honest, loyal, and deeply compassionate. She gave people opportunities, believed in second chances, and had a natural gift for making others feel important. As a mother, she was devoted and steady; as a friend, she was the person you could trust without hesitation.
Her faith was a central part of her life. Jennifer was a devoted Catholic with a special devotion to the Virgin of Lourdes, a source of comfort and strength throughout her journey.
Jennifer was also cherished by the patients and families of Neurology One, where she worked with a quiet but powerful kindness. She always looked for ways to help, to ease someone’s burden, or simply to offer a moment of warmth on a difficult day.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Ramón; her daughter, Sophia; her son, David; her mother, Lucy; her father, Gary; and her brother, Paul. She leaves behind a wide circle of friends and loved ones who will carry her memory with deep affection.
Jennifer’s life was a testament to love, resilience, and generosity. Her absence leaves an ache that words cannot fully hold, but her spirit remains in every life she touched.
