Jennie Lee Larkin, 71, Avon Park, FL passed away March 2, 2011 at Hope Hospice in Sebring. She was born March 30, 1939 in Bay Lake, FL daughter of Joseph Tomlinson & Bertie Mae Crawford Tomlinson. A Florida native, she was a homemaker and member of Church of God of Phrophacy in Mascotte. On September 9, 1995 she was united in marriage to James R. Larkin in Las Vegas. Surviving is her husband James; children Kara (Rob) McCue, Minneola; Judy Walker, Avon Park & Lee (Tammy) Walker, Baton Rouge, LA; step-children James Larkin, Jr., Michael Larkin, Terry Larkin, Lori LaSalle &Timothy Larkin; siblings Jewel (Dennis) Tweeten, The Villages; Jerry (Sherry) Tomlinson, Coleman, AL; Darrell (Carol) Tomlinson, Groveland; Darleen (Bill) Ginrich, Summerfield & Debbie (Dennis) Fritz, Graford, TX; 24 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; 9 step-grandchildren & several step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 6 children; Marlene Doby, JoAnn McWheter, Billy Walker, Ricky Walker, Tony Walker & Greg Walker & siblings Dan Tomlinson & Joy Roberts.



The funeral service for Jennie Larkin will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, March 5, 2011 in the Becker Chapel. Reverend Dr. Walt Fowler will officiate. Burial will follow in Empire Church Cemetery.
