Obituary

Jeffrey Walter Swain, age 53, beloved father, grandfather, husband and son passed away
peacefully on October 26th, 2022 at South Lake Hospital in Clermont FLorida after a decline in

Jeff was born in Concord, New Hampshire to Donna Chagnon (Wheeler) and Walter Leon
Swain on November 21st, 1968. He returned to Chichester New Hampshire in 1992 after his
accident in the Air Force. After building two beautiful homes in Chichester New Hampshire he
chased the warmer weather to Florida in 2014.

Jeff graduated from Pembroke Academy in June 1987. He entered the Air Force on August 13th
1987 and was stationed at Lackland Air Force base in Texas, Lowry Air Force base in Colorado
before ending up in Loring Air Force base in Maine. He reported to duty due to the Gulf War
working on the B52s. His squadron was later sent to Incirlik Air Force base in Turkey working on
A10's. He had his accident on May 2nd, 1992 resulting in his severe injury.

He is survived by his wife Jennifer Swain (Velliquette), his two sons Jeffrey Dylan Swain and
Tristan Brady Swain, his two grandsons Jeffrey Hunter Swain and Joseph Ryan Swain, their
mother Jennifer Galvin, his mother Donna Chagnon, his dad Fred Chagnon, his brother Mark
Chagnon and family, his sister Laura Chagnon, his sister Carrie Swain and family, his dearest
Aunt Donna Swain and many loving cousins.
He is joined in Heaven by his father, Walter Leon Swain, both sets of grandparents, and his two
dearest cousins which he loved so much Brent Blackey and Dawn Holton (Blackey).

Unbeknownst to us  and Jeff, he was able to donate his  eyes to
someone to help regain their sight  using his corneas and other
parts of his eyes to help people with injuries to their eyes.
This was an unexpected blessing for him  and his family.

A celebration of life will be held at his parents home, 22 Horse Corner Road, Chichester NH, on
November 26th, 2022 at 1PM. All who loved Jeff are welcome to come and share what an
amazing man he was.

A private intimate graveside burial will be held with his immediate family.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in memory of Jeff can be made to Lake County Rowing Association, 1050 Victory Way, Clermont Florida 34711; where his youngest son has rowed for 6 years.
