Jean is survived by her husband Anthony S. Fario; children Paul A. Fario of Fairfax, VA, Elizabeth A. Ladner (William) of Minneola, FL and Anthony C. Fario (Stefanie) of Clermont, FL; grandchildren Zachary J. LaPorte, Lillian R. Fario and Dominic M. Fario; siblings Greer E. Fullerton Sr. of North Chesterfield, VA and Janice L. Haire of Loveland, Co and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Paul E. Fullerton and Eunice L. Pomeroy and her brother Gregory A. Fullerton.
Jean was born 1948 in Cheverly, Maryland to Paul and Eunice Fullerton. She graduated from Loudoun County High School. After moving to Herndon, VA she began working at Food Barn as as a teller and then worked at Safeway as head cashier for over 20 years. She enjoyed helping others and often volunteered with several charities. She raised money for Easter Seals by participating in walk-a-thons, sit-a-thons and coordinated numerous fundraising events. Jean also volunteered at the Pentagon on September 11, 2011 to help serve food and water to the first responders and medical professionals on scene.
A service is scheduled for March 15, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Becker Funeral Home in Clermont, FL. Those who wish to pay their respects prior to the service may arrive after 10:30 AM on March 15, 2018. A reception will follow at the home of her daughter, Elizabeth, and son-in-law, William. All are welcome to celebrate her life and Jean's request was that her friends and family dress to celebrate her life. Her favorite color was pale yellow.
