Janet Gay Perushek, 64, Clermont, passed away April 13, 2013. She was born January 18, 1949 in Tampa, daughter of Margaret Bert Maddox & Julian Thomas Roberts. She was a homemaker and Clermont resident since 1993. She attended Mosaic Church and was active in her Heritage Hills Community. Survivors include her children Jeffrey Perushek & wife Jennifer of Groveland & Jill Perushek-Maddox & husband Phillip of Anvance, NC; 6 grandchildren & sisters Judy Moss & husband William of Orlando & Donna Hires & husband William of Tampa.
