J ames Albert Walters (Jimbo, Jimmy) passed away from Covid on July 27, 2021. He is the loving husband of Heather Stawinski Walters and the loving father of Beau James Walters.

Words cannot express how deeply broken hearted we are to have lost a best friend, a wonderful husband and a father who would jump the moon for his family.

He was the bright light in the room, enjoyed life, people, children, sports, and fishing. Most of all he was a God loving, good-hearted, hardworking family man that would reach out a lending hand, start conversation and make friends with anyone.

Jim was a proven leader, in sports in high school and college, in the Navy as a Communications Specialist for an Admiral, and in his job as Market Sales Leader for a string of companies that became Campbells Snacks.  He will always be remembered as a beloved husband, a remarkable father, an exceptional brother, an extraordinary uncle, and a great friend. He was such a joyful person with beautiful big blue eyes and an easy laugh.

He touched many peoples lives in a way that they will always remember his joy and kindness, his infectious smile, laugh and passion. If he could ask anything of you, it would to be that light in someone's life.

We treasure the time that we had together. Beau and I will carry on your light to others. We love you, always and forever…No Matter What! Team Walters

He is joining his mother, Phyllis Hines Walters, father Paul Glenn Walters, and brother Michael Grant Walters. His remaining siblings are Peg Sayre (Norm), Paul Walters (Val), Melissa Elliott (Bob); mother-in-law Shirley Stawinski; sister-in-law's Cindy Walters, Jackie Stawinski; nieces and nephews, Kate Serra (Justin), Jeff Walters, Grant Walters (Jamie) Ty Walters (Shonie), Carlie Scisciani (Justin), Jade Cielicki (Brandon), Sam Elliott, and many other beautiful relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at:  Becker Funeral Home, 806 W. Minneola Ave. Clermont FL 34711 (352) 394-7121 Saturday August 7 th from 2-5.

In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to Beau's College fund. Checks can be made out to Beau Walters and sent to 243 River Drive, Tequesta, FL 33469.
