James (Jim) Lukacek, 67, formerly of Chicago IL, passed away suddenly at his home in Clermont, FL on February 13, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, AnnMarie (Saindon) Lukacek, his two children, Kevin Lukacek and Jeanne (Lukacek) Markland, his four grandchildren Christopher, Samantha, Jennifer & Amelia, his sister Joan (Lukacek) Kujawa, his brother Richard Lukacek, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. His kindness, generosity and sense of humor will be greatly missed.



The Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2015 in the Becker Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
