Jacinto passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home at Woodcliff apartments, Clermont, Florida.
Jacinto was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, he came from a large family. He has 6 sisters and he was the oldest of 2 brothers.
Jacinto came from Puerto Rico at the age of 16 and attended and graduated high school in downtown Brooklyn. After graduating he enlisted in the Marine Corps and served in the Korean War. He got an Honorable Discharge. He was a Corporal, also received a Defense Service Medal.
Jacinto married and had 7 children; 2 sons and 5 daughters.
After the service he lived in Brooklyn, New York for 40 years, then relocated to Tampa, Florida, where he worked as a Maintenance Supervisor. In 2010 Jacinto moved to Clermont, Florida.
He was always a proud Veteran.
