Obituary
Ivan Niles 74, of Clermont, Florida, was born on September 17, 1942 in Georgetown, Guyana, South America. He passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at South Lake Hospital, Clermont, Florida.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday August 17, 2017 at Becker Funeral Home 806 West Minneola Avenue, Clermont, Florida 34712. Funeral service and burial will follow in New York at a later date.
Ivan migrated to New York in 1979 where he worked as a printer at a News paper company. After working for about 30 years within his industry, he and his wife with whom he was married to for more than 48 years, retired to Clermont, Florida. Ivan was very passionate about spending quality time with his family, relatives and friends and made sure that he always remained in close contact with everyone. In addition, he enjoyed music, sports especially basketball and travelling.
Ivan is survived by his wife Rita Niles, son Vibert Allen and wife Ederle Allen, grandchildren Jenieke, Tonya and Bijan Allen; and relatives, the Barringtons; Edwards; Fords; Casters; Castagne; Lonckes and numerous other relatives and friends.
