Irene L. Sym, 86, of Clermont, FL passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Superior Residences. Irene was born on October 29, 1927 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Edmund and Gladys (nee Kujawski) Sym. She and her family moved to Miami, FL in her youth and she attended and graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in education. She worked as a school teacher in the Miami area until retiring. She resided in Clermont for the past 10 years.



Irene is survived by her sisters, Doris Albrecht and Esther Wellman both of Florida.
