Inez Freitas, of Groveland, FL. (formerly Fredonia, NY.) was born April 7, 1941, in Dunkirk, New York as the daughter of late James and Maria Nunes Freitas of Madeira Island, Portugal and New York, USA. She passed away at home on January 7, 2023.

Inez worked as a Home Healthcare aide for over 20 years. She was very dedicated and gave good service. She took care of her eldest brother, Joseph C. Freitas, for approximately 9 years. She was married and is survived by her five children Brenda Paine, Donna Jean & Brad Keicher, Pamela Ann & Jaime Welker, Robert Bielecki, Laura Lynn & Dan Decker. Other survivors include her grandchildren Curtis and Brandon Paine, Stephen and David Welker, Jocelyn and Jesse Decker, Brooke and Dustin Keicher; her great grandchildren Sydney and Savannah Paine; sisters Mary Ann Parts, Alda Ann Bradnick and Charlotte Freitas; brother Daniel D. Freitas and his wife Frances Friel Freitas; Sister-in-law Nancy Freitas; Along with several Nieces and Nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Margarida Freitas, her four brothers Richard, Donald D., James C., and Joseph C. Freitas; brothers-in-law Richard O. Bradnick and Leo Parts; sisters-in-law Elsie Platt Freitas and Mary Elizabeth Freitas; Nieces Cynthia A. Bradnick and Lois Freitas Swierski; nephews Kenneth J. Bradnick and Dennis A. Freitas.
