Heriberto Pancracio Robinson (Heri or Rob) was born on January 28, 1961, on the small Caribbean island of Providence, Colombia. After growing up with 5 brothers and sisters in Queens, NY, he served 20 years in the US Navy as an electrician in a construction battalion and was a proud Seabee. He retired from the Navy as a Petty Officer First Class with a decorated service record in 2001. He continued his service with the government and worked as an Electrician at the San Francisco VA Medical Center until his second retirement in 2019. He lived in Vallejo, CA, and Daly City, CA until he retired to Clermont, FL where he spent time with his kids, friends, and family. Quick talker with a big heart, Heri loved fixing things, eating delicious food, and sharing stories. He was an artist, a great cook, and could make a mean drink.

Rob passed away on October 18, 2025. He is survived by his three children, Tatiana, Eriana, and Zyan, and his grandson, Bishop. Beloved by siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends, his voice, his quick wit, and his generous heart will be missed.

Friends and loved ones are welcome on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Becker Funeral Home for a 10 am-11 am visitation and service starting at 11 am.

A service with military honors will be held in California at a later date.
