Herbert Charles Exizian, 92, Clermont, passed away June 28, 2014 at Lake Bennett Health & Rehab in Ocoee. He was born May 5, 1922 in New York, NY son of Mariam Essarian Exizain & Charles Exizian. He served in the US Army and was a veteran of WWII. He worked various jobs including maintenance for a school and engineer for NY Central Railroad. In 1989 he was united in marriage to Barbara Jean Botzis in West Palm Beach. A central Florida resident since 2002 from Port St. Lucie, he was a member of First Baptist Church of Clermont, VFW & life member American Legion. Preceding him in death were his son Charles Exizian who died in Vietnam in 1969; his first wife Olga Exizian in 1986; brother Jack & step-son Gary Varney. Surviving are his wife Barbara; daughter Rita, West Palm Beach; stepchildren John Varney, MA; Kevin Varney, West Palm Beach; Karen Varney, Jacksonville; Sharon Viloria, MD & Annette Loper, West Palm Beach; brother Jerry Exizian, Long Island, NY and several step-grandchildren.



The memorial service for Herbert Exzian will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Clermont. Reverend Ben Bond will officiate.
