Obituary
Harold Richard Kennedy, Colonel U.S. Army Retired, 91, of Clermont, FL passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Harold was born on March 4, 1920 in Reynolds, Nebraska. After receiving a Masters in Political Science he joined the U.S. Army. He served for 25 years before retiring, including during World War II and the Korean War. He was a Christian.
He is survived by his companion, Cecilia Frankel of Clermont; daughters, Edith Kennedy and Barbara Ingram both of AL and other family and friends.
Services with Military Honors will take place at 11AM Monday, May 9, 2011 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials to Cornerstone Hospice.
