Harold Scott Bray, 58, of Howey-in-the-Hills, FL, passed away on Sunday, April 7 from a heart attack. Scott was born on June 29, 1954 in Columbia, South Carolina, the oldest child of Harold C. Bray and Louise Sullivan Bray. In June 1977, he married his high school sweetheart, Patricia Jane Tipton. They moved to Auburn, AL where Scott graduated from Auburn University in 1979. In addition to being involved in church activities, including AWANA, UPWARD Basketball and leading Sunday school classes for 15 years, Scott loved being with his family and friends, working in his yard, carpentry, and last but not least, the raising of their boxer herd.

He is survived by his wife Pat Bray, daughter Darien Watkins (and Kyle Watkins) of Orlando, daughter Kalen Bray of Howey-in-the-Hills, mother Louise Bray, sister Teresa Bray (and Joe Paul), sister Joy Day, niece Jessica Day and nephew Jeremy Day, all from Lakeland, and niece Laura Fannin from Orlando.
