Gretchen Joy Creamer (Frits)

February 16, 1951 – September 19, 2025

Gretchen Joy Creamer, Age 74 of Groveland, Florida passed away peacefully at home on September 19, 2025.

Gretchen was proceeded in death by her parents William and Alice Frits.  She was one of their seven children. She was survived by her husband Alan Creamer, her daughter  Tina McIntosh, her step-daughter Kayla Booth (Shaun), her grandchildren Bret, Chloe, and Ellysa, her step-grandchildren Jake, Braden, Emery, and Brodie, her great-grandchildren Eli and Royce, and her dog Monkey.

​Gretchen lived a life of Faith, Hope, and love culminated in the peace of John 11:25-26 which reads "I am the resurrection and the life.  He who believes in me, though he may die, He shall live. And whoever lives and believes in me shall never die."

​Gretchen had a love of the outdoors.  She loved the beach and also spent hours in her yard gardening.  She loved flowers and plants.  She also loved all animals, especially her dog.

​Gretchen enjoyed having fun and laughing with family and friends.  She also enjoyed traveling to see new places.

​Gretchen worked as a Payroll Manager for most of her Career.

​A private family memorial service will be held to honor Gretchen's life and her final resting place will be at the Sarasota National Cemetery.  9810 SR-72 Sarasota, FL  34241
