Gladys Geiger Shelden, 86, former Clermont (Clerbrook) & Eustis resident passed away June 12, 2012 in Charleston, SC where she relocated to be near her daughter. She was born May 3, 1926 in Greenfield, MA daughter of John Geiger & Dorothy Warfield Geiger. She served in the US Air Force and was a member of Church at the Crossroads in Clermont. Preceding her in death were her husband James Frderick Shelden & duaghters Mary Shelden & Marjorie Duke. Surviving is her daughter Shari Davies of Charleston, SC & 2 grandchildren.



The memorial service for Gladys Shelden will be held at 5:30 PM on Thursday, July 12 in the Becker Chapel followed by USAF honors. Inurnment will be at a later date next to her husband in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. BECKER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Clermont, FL. Telephone 352-394-7121.
