IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Gavin
Li-A-Ping
October 5, 1967 – April 22, 2019
Gavin W. Li-A-Ping, 51,
of Clermont FL, died at 3:46 PM, Monday, April 22, 2019 at South Lake Hospital in Clermont Florida.
He was born October 5, 1967 in Georgetown, Guyana to Wilfred and Barbara Li-A-Ping. He married Anita Li-A-Ping on July 1, 1988 and she survives.
Also surviving is his son Gavin Anthony Li-A-Ping, his grandson Michael Anthony Li-A-Ping, his father and mother; Wilfred and Barbara Li-A-Ping, his brother and sisters; Aubrey, Allison, Gerald, Gillian, Simone, Dionne, and Joslyn.
Gavin always enjoyed having his close friends and family near him. He was a man who never met a stranger and would welcome everyone to his family home without any hesitation. Once there, you were treated like family, with a ice
cold drink of your choice, food, and great music. Either Indian music, or Classic rock, you were sure to want to come back.
Dancing, conversating, and being together were important pillars to Gavin's life. He enjoyed spending time with his wife Anita, watching movies, tv shows, and travelling to tropical countries and resorts. His love for Anita was one of
fairy tale. Gavin was especially proud to be a grandfather. He enjoyed spending as much time as he could with Michael, and attended different activities Michael took part in.
