Gary Joseph Gatrell Terry blessed the lives of his family and friends for 36 years. Gary was born in Chardon, Ohio on 6/16/1978. It is there his passion for racing cars began. Gary spent much of his youth in St Joseph, Michigan. This is where his racing talents flourished. Gary enjoyed playing soccer and hanging with friends and family. Gary graduated from Western Michigan University and relocated to Orlando, Florida in 2004 to be the Head Instructor for Richard Petty Driving Experience. The last two years Gary has been the Operations Manager for RPDE. Gary devoted his life to making dreams come true for all those who visited the race track. In his spare time Gary developed a love for golf. He looked forward to the annual "guys" fishing trip to Canada with his dad, brother and Poppa. Gary will be most remembered by his wife and daughter as a soul mate and loving father. He had an infectious smile and dynamic personality that made him the man he was. He put others before himself and loved to tell a good joke or story. He will be greatly missed. Gary is survived by his loving wife, Kathy and beautiful daughter, Taylor. Father and mother, Christopher and Teresa Terry, sister, Christina (Joey) Pitkin, and brother Adam (Kimberly) Terry.
