Obituary
Fred J. Knauff, 87, of Clermont, FL passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Fred was born on November 3, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of Fred and Mae Knauff. He worked as a meat packer in the food industry, moving to Clermont in 1998.
Fred is survived by his children, Robert (Constance) Knauff of Clermont, James (Charmaine LeMaire) Knauff of Slidell, LA and Christine (John) Knoph of Centerport, NY; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Fred was preceded in death by his wife, Frances in 2005.
A Celebration of Fred's life will be held at 3:30 PM Saturday at Becker Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1:30 PM till service time.
