Franklin (Keith) Dowling
05/24/1963-11/17/2024

Keith graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in marketing. He moved to Orlando, Florida and worked for Liberty National Life Insurance with his father Jerry. He then moved to Hutchinson, Kansas where he worked as a security guard before making the decision to become a stay at home dad. He attended every game to watch his daughter cheer, competitions to watch her dance, and even practices. He enjoyed cooking, movies, poker, dancing, and would always have a trivia fact ready. He then retired to Clermont, Florida and bought a lifetime fishing license hoping to catch as many fish as he could see. He was an amazing father, husband, son, brother, and friend. He was dearly loved and will be missed.
He is survived by his wife Wendy Dowling, his daughter Jade Dowling, and his mother Sheila Walker, and brother Derek Dowling.
There will be a private family and friends service on November 20th, 2024.
