Obituary

Frank Jack Kratochvil, 79, of Minneola, FL passed away Monday, August 17, 2020 at home under hospice.  Frank was born on September 28, 1940 in San Jose, CA, son of Albert and Caroline Kratochvil.  He served in the U.S. Air Force for 6 years including with the Air Force Strategic Air Command.  Frank had lived in Minneola for the past 15 years, previously living in Stickney, IL, where he worked for many years as an automobile mechanic and was a Captain for the Fire Department.  He was Catholic and attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Clermont.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Joan; sister, Elizabeth (Gilbert) Voelker of WI; brothers, Wayne (Janet) Kratochvil of IN and Dale (Rozelle) Kratochvil of TX; sister in law, Pat Kratochvil of IL; brother in laws, Frank (Joan) Popovits, Robert (Lorraine) Popovits, Richard (Margie) Popovits and his loving nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Gene Kratochvil.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials in Frank's name to a charity of your choice.
