Frank DeSantis, age 88, of Clermont, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025. Frank was a devoted husband to his late wife, Diane DeSantis, with whom he shared 46 wonderful years of marriage. He was a loving father, cherished grandfather, loyal brother, and dear friend to many.

Frank was the beloved father of the late Robert (Pete) DeSantis, the late Jennifer Friedrichs, Susan DiCanio (Jimmy), and Joey DeSantis (Teresa). He was a proud and loving grandfather to Teresa Friedrichs, Danielle Morales, David DeSantis, Kyle Kowal, Frank Kowal, Dena Vitagliano (Luke), Dominick DeSantis (Leela), and Anthony DiCanio, and was adored by his many nieces and nephews. For the past 16 years, Frank shared his life and companionship with his dear partner, Roberta McCaffrey.

Frank was the eldest of five brothers and is preceded in death by his siblings, Elmer, Artie, Mike, and Kenny DeSantis.

A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Frank served his country while stationed in Turkey during his military service. After his service, Frank built a successful career as the Manager of the Engineering Department at Chicago Blower Corporation, where he worked until his retirement in 1996.

In his free time, Frank found joy in cooking, traveling, enjoying the arts, going to the movies, financial investing, and, most of all, spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Services to honor and celebrate Frank's life will be held at Becker Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 12th, with a viewing from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Frank will be laid to rest with full military honors at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.

Frank's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their love and support during this difficult time. His legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
