Francis Xavier O'Leary, 81, of Davenport, FL passed away February 3, 2013 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, FL. Born September 5, 1931 in Dorchester, MA, he was the son of the late Francis O'Leary and the late Rose (Cabery) O'Leary. He served in the US Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict, retiring as Lt. Col. He worked most of his life in the insurance field, most recently as a systems analyst. He was a member of Boston College Alumni Assoc. and US Golf Assoc. For 33 years he was a mentor and sponsor to friends of Bill W. A Davenport resident since 1996, he moved from Marlboro, MA. Surviving is his wife Carolyn (Shea) O'Leary; children Brian O'Leary, South Orange, NJ; Kevin O'Leary, Atkinson, NH; Maureen McQuarrie, Orting, WA; Michael O'Leary, Pittsford, NY; Colleen Muller, Methuen, MA; Scott O'Leary, Lawrence, MA; 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and siblings Paul O'Leary, Franklin, MA and Robert O'Leary, Atlanta, GA.
